16th ANNIVERSARY - AUGUST 09- MT DORA

For our 16th Anniversary, we went to Mt Dora and stayed in the historic (1883) Lakeside Inn.

Beautiful sunset over lake Dora, I wasn't sure we would see one of the famous sunsets! It had strormed that afternoon and was cloudy but when we came out after dinner, it was beautiful!!!

The big white bird on the left and you can barely see the grey one on the fence because it blends with the canopy of the pontoon boat.

MIRACLE TREAT DAY AT DQ - CHILDREN"S MIRACLE NETWORK

We went to DQ this afternoon and had a couple of nice surprises, first was to see Justice, a beautiful girl born at 23 weeks gestation, she was in the NICU that I work at and is now just precious at 1 year of age!!! Then our friend Sandy from CMN was there.

I had the extreme chocalate blizzard and Gill the banana pie one and do you know he got a second - strawberry cheesecake. It was so nice to have a cold treat on such a hot Orlando day!! And to support a great cause CMN!!!

God's Blessing - RAINBOWS

I had the blessing of seeing two rainbows this week!! This one from our house and then a few days later - a double rainbow out the window at work!! Thank you God for your paintings and beautiful colors!!

Newest Family Member - BLACKIE

This kitten has been hanging around our house!!! It likes to be in our garden out front so we feed it and give it water out there. It is cute and how can we resist???
