Saint Simon Lighthouse 10-09

We went to a Florida Lighthouse Association meeting at ST. Simon Lighthouse! The first ever out of state. It was beautiful, sunny, breezy and COOL!! The folks were very excited that we came and were very accommodatingly.

Waldorf Astoria-Hilton Orlando Grand Opening 10-01-09

The clock in the lobby at the Waldorf, exact replica of NYC clock and the chimes every 15 minutes as well!

We were there for the grand opening, along with Govenor Crist and Mayors Dyer and Crotty. They had champagne and samplings from the menus. We ate a late lunch at Oscar's. I got Chocolate Delight for desert. Service was impecable.
